A BATHING APE® Introduces ICY BAPE®, a Bold New Collection
A BATHING APE® unveils its limited ICY BAPE® collection this season.
“ICY” is street slang for shiny jewelry, luxury, and undeniable style. This drop channels that energy, delivering BAPE® with a confident, ice-cold attitude.
The main graphic revives the OG design that once appeared on the BAPE STA™ shoebox, updated for a modern, fresh look. At its center is the iconic APE HEAD, layered with gem-inspired motifs that bring the “ICY” concept to life.
The collection’s signature color is an all-encompassing ice blue. Its cool, soft tones evoke the clarity of ice, giving every piece a sleek, refined, and cutting-edge appearance.
The lineup includes the BAPE STA™, crafted primarily in suede, alongside Tees, Pullover Hoodies, the Shark Full Zip Hoodie, Sweatpants, and Mesh Cap. An exclusive icy blue version of the ABC CAMO enhances the frozen aesthetic across select pieces.
Tees and Pullovers feature the collection’s main graphic in raised rubber print, evoking the texture of ice and adding bold dimensionality.
The Shark Full Zip Hoodie showcases the ICY BAPE® ABC CAMO in a frozen, ice-like palette. The left chest carries the main graphic in raised print, while the hood features a special icy color scheme, adding a distinctive touch. Matching sweatpants complete the set, with the ABC CAMO and raised-print graphic on the left pocket creating a cohesive look.
The Mesh Cap features ICY BAPE® ABC CAMO on the brim, breathable mesh at the back, and the main graphic in raised print at the front, underscoring the collection’s attention to detail.
The BAPE STA™ receives a special edition icy blue treatment. The upper combines white embossed leather with icy blue suede for a striking contrast. Transparent, ice-inspired elements on the side STA, APE HEAD shoe charm, and outsole reveal the ICY
BAPE® main graphic through the sole. The graphic is also debossed on the heel, while the shoelaces, insole, and box are unified in the ICY BAPE® ABC CAMO colorway, completing this exclusive design.
